NCAAT Seeding Opinion

I don't think the NCAA selection committee values how teams are playing at the time the tourney starts enough. I think getting in the tourney should be about your whole season of work, but I think seeding should emphasize your last 10 games more. I'd say they should lock the top 16 seeds based off full year, then weigh last 10 games extremely heavy for seeds 5-11. I don't care that much if you upset Iowa State (For Example) in November. The teams are different. That should count towards getting in, but seeding needs to adjust based off how they're playing now. Go Bucks!
