Long Term Strategy

I was having a conversation with one of my buddies this weekend about Indiana’s approach to player acquisition versus ours.
I think a lot of people are going to copy Indiana and fail. It almost seems easier to do, but I think Indiana is more a unicorn.
My thoughts are that our strategy of having a wide base of high school kids and then supplementing with key positions in the portal is definitely the right way to go.
